Can not connect wifi network?
|
Connection problem can be caused by many things. We'll start with some basics...
First, you eStarling may be too far away from your Wifi hub. And, if you're using
WEP encryption:
Double check that you are entering your WEP key correctly. One incorrect
or misplaced character will cause a failure to connect.
Ensure that you're using
the first key in the router's setup if it lets you specify multiple keys If your
router has an option for this, try switching the authentication type (e.g. from
shared key to open system or vice versa) to see if that helps We are not support
WPA at this moment. It's coming in our next firmware update.
If you are still having
trouble, please send a message to support@estarling.com about your setup, including:
What make and model of wireless router or access point you are using, including
what hardware and firmware version.
If you are using multiple routers or access
points, more detail about how everything is configured.
