What happens if the "netconfig" setup crashes and I can't setup the
frame?

Make sure that the USB cable is securely connecting the frame and the computer.
Next, format the removable disk as a FAT32 filetype. Once this is done, remove the
USB cable from the frame, turn off the frame, and wait for one minute. Now turn
on the frame and connect it to your computer by the USB cable again. Wait for the
eStarling logo to appear on the screen and then proceed to run the "netconfig" software
to configure your frame.
